2026 internship Opportunities – Applications Open Fall 2025
We are seeking candidates for potential internships in the fields of Landscape Architecture and Community Planning. Internship opportunities will expose students to a collaborative, professional office environment working with a team of experienced design professionals.
Landscape Architecture Internship: This position will provide staff assistance with a variety of trail, greenway, park and urban design projects. Assignments will vary, but will typically include site planning, graphic and technical production. Candidates must possess proficiency in graphic communication skills, Microsoft, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and SketchUp.

Community Planning Internship: This position will be involved in providing technical assistance on a variety of comprehensive planning, regional planning and community development projects. Duties may include preparing presentation graphics, writing reports and data analysis. Candidates must have excellent written communication skills and proficiency with utilizing GIS, Microsoft and Adobe Suite.
Successful candidates for the potential 2026 internship positions must be energetic, self-motivated, great communicators with strong leadership qualities. Duration of internships is a minimum of 10 weeks, with potential extensions depending on workload and availability. Current enrollment (or recent degree) in an accredited program of Landscape Architecture and/or Urban Planning is required.
