Walcott Mixed Use Development
Jeffersonville, Indiana
PROJECT SUMMARY.
The Walcott is a 214 unit Multi-Family residential project in Jeffersonville, Indiana. The project site is situated on the northern boundary of Big Four Station Park. The project consists of three buildings that include a parking garage, and two four story residential structures. Each of the residential structures contains a courtyard at the center, with the south (park) facing building also providing a roof top terrace overlooking the park.
Taylor Siefker Williams Design Group developed the site design and all the amenity spaces. The south courtyard is built around pool life and showcases a large trellis with swinging daybeds, large lawn areas for lounging, and an outdoor grill patio with bistro seating.
Specialized paving and a large feature rainwall create distinctive feel. The north courtyard is more relaxed, with a hammock trellis, bistro seating, outdoor work station, and ambient catenary lighting. The roof terrace focuses on views of the park by arranging a mix of furniture under a large trellis to create an outdoor lounge area.
