Bullitt County Conceptual Development to Enhance Bourbon Tourism

The Bullitt County Development, known as the Grand Reserve, is a proposed development in Shepherdsville, KY that establishes a gateway into Bullitt County and the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. The development is intended to be a unique destination in the heart of central Kentucky that celebrates the local context and is reflective of the bourbon aesthetic. TSWDG was responsible for developing a conceptual master plan drawing and architectural designs to be included in the final renderings illustrating the intended character of the development. Multiple 3-D models were created of the site including the buildings, vehicular and pedestrian circulation, landscaping, and site features. A series of fly-through videos were developed to take visitors through the entire site to showcase the proposed design.
