For the past six months, staff from our Indianapolis and Louisville offices have been facilitating strategic planning efforts as a part of the statewide Regional Economic Acceleration and Development Initiative, or READI. Our work with the Our Southern Indiana Regional Development Authority and the East Central Indiana Regional Partnership provided us the unique opportunity to leverage our existing planning and design work so that each region could compete for a grant of up to $50 million to advance their talent attraction and retention efforts.
The collaboration and creative thought offered during each region’s planning process has been exceptional. We want to congratulate each region on how far they have come, and we look forward to tomorrow’s announcement to learn more about the future opportunities.
